Supportive Care

Provide companion care to residents in South Milwaukee. As a companion, you will support clients’ emotional and social well-being by facilitating leisure and social activities, accompanying clients to appointments or social outings and helping clients enjoy meaningful connections with others.
Respite Care
Give temporary support to primary caregivers through respite care. When you provide respite care, you’ll give clients’ regular caregivers an essential opportunity to care for their own needs, take a break or rest. Respite care increases the safety of our clients while preventing caregiver fatigue.

New caregivers at Celestial Care start with paid training to prepare them for safe, high-quality client care. Training covers client rights, safety procedures, infection control, personal care, documentation and professional communication.
What to expect:
- About 40 hours of Personal Care Worker (PCW) training
- 4-6 hours of orientation
- At least 12 hours of annual refresher training
Our paid caregiver training program equips caregivers with the knowledge and support needed to provide dependable care while earning income during training.
