In-Home Caregiver Job Duties
An in-home caregiver helps older adults maintain their independence by assisting with daily activities and providing day-to-day companionship.Key in-home caregiver duties include:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming
- Preparing meals
- Performing daily housekeeping like laundry, changing bedding and helping keep their house tidy
